Shipping policy

All orders sent by Royal Mail delivery service. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

You will receive a confirmation of your order and will be notified as soon as it has left our warehouse.

All International orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked service and you will be issued a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. Orders shipped outside of the UK will be subject to import duties/customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic please allow up to 10 working days (UK orders) and up to 14 working days (International and overseas).
